Who Else Wants To Be Successful With Climate Financing Proposals?

Despite the efforts of sustainable development practitioners, it is no longer news that most climate funding proposals are not honoured or approved due to reasons best known to the funding entities. This indeed has stalled numerous green projects and deprived communities of enhanced resilience to climate risks/shocks.

Owing to this recurring condition, Green Climate Fund (GCF) has decided to facilitate better access to climate finance by rolling out an e-learning course on their simplified approval process (SAP).

Participants will learn how to develop funding proposals for adaptation and/or mitigation projects for up to USD 10million.

This course provides a detailed overview of the information needed when developing an SAP funding proposal with explanations of a number of key topics provided by GCF experts.

Although the course is primarily designed for GCF Accredited Entities and National Designated Authorities and Focal Points, organisations and individuals interested in learning more about how to develop funding proposals for the SAP are also encouraged to participate.

Enroll to learn how to get faster access to GCF’s climate financing.
